1. Digital products

Best Dev sells digital items such as source code, websites and demo APKs. These are not physical goods, so they cannot be returned by courier.

2. Demo downloads

Free or evaluation demos are provided as-is. Demo downloads are not eligible for refund.

3. Source code orders

Once full source code is delivered, a refund is generally not available because the files can be copied. Please review the product page, video and demo before you buy.

4. When we may help

• You paid but did not receive the files
• The delivered package is incomplete compared to what was confirmed
• A technical fault on our side prevents access

Contact us within 48 hours of payment with your order details. We may offer a replacement, setup help or a refund at our discretion.
